The year has come to an end and winter has set in at home in Utah. I’ve healed up from the injury I incurred about two months ago and I am happy to be back outdoors and able to enjoy taking photos where I enjoy most, the mountains. The season is off to a good start with a few good storms bringing lots of snow. We are hopeful for a winter with plenty of snow as the last two or three have been really lacking in that department. I’m looking forward to skiing and snow-shoeing in the beautiful Wasatch mountains.

In my last post (Giving Thanks) I spent a lot of time reflecting on the past year so I won’t reiterate that too much. I will just say again it has been a great year and one that changed my life. I have dedicated a lot more of my time to photography and trying to get out and explore the world. It has given me a much greater appreciation of life and how beautiful it is.
While I have been very busy lately, I am still finding time to enjoy the holiday season. Christmas has always been something I look forward to and seeing the Christmas lights and displays in downtown Salt Lake is something I enjoy each year. I am looking forward to spending time with family this coming week.
2015 has been a good year but I am looking forward to what 2016 brings. I still feel invigorated and motivated to continue down this path. I am looking forward to collaborating with others and hope to meet new people and strengthen relationships I have now.
I sincerely want to thank everyone who has shown their support to me. I wouldn’t be doing what I do if it weren’t for all the encouragement and feedback I get from you. Please keep it coming. Thank you, and Happy Holidays!
