The short-lived weeks of autumn glory are some of my favorite of the year. Spending some time in Canada this fall took me away from my home state of Utah which was putting on a pretty great show of color this year. With so much territory I wanted to cover and so little time to do it, I focused my efforts on some of the Wasatch’s best places for foliage. I was not disappointed.
Behold the Canadian Rockies, home of some of North America’s most stunning landscapes. Recently, I made a visit to some of these great places. Here are the pictures to prove it.

The colors of autumn are quickly fading in the mountains of the Wasatch. I managed to squeeze in some more quality time with nature to take more photos before the color disappears for the season.
I look forward to the changing of the seasons. And this time of year the leaves in the mountains of Utah glow in brilliant colors. I love fall. Not only is it beautiful, the weather is generally pleasant and perfect for exploring and other outdoor activities.
This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend the ‘Autumn Aloft‘ festival in Park City, Utah. It’s an event showcasing several Hot Air Balloons from the region. Here’s some photos from the event.
